RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At FreshlyBoost, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and product integrity. Due to the nature of our wellness and feminine care products, all returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.


2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request is made within [7–14] days of delivery

  • Item is not a final sale product

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Feminine hygiene products

  • Supplements with broken seals


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will make it right.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Email us at health@freshlyboost.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement OR

  • Issue a full refund


4. Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • FreshlyBoost is not responsible for lost return packages


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

We do not offer general exchanges for opened products.


7. Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

For subscription-based products:

  • Orders already processed cannot be refunded

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle


8. Chargebacks & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns in cases of:

  • Fraudulent claims

  • Excessive refund requests

  • Abuse of our policy
